1. Introduction

Welcome to oscrapa.com ("Signin Dalang!", "we", "us" or "our").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our online attendance management platform and related services ("Services").

The Services may include, but are not limited to:

• QR Code attendance check-in;
• GPS location verification;
• Facial recognition attendance verification;
• Attendance record management; and
• Other related functions provided through our platform.

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should stop using our Services.

2. Description of Services

Signin Dalang! provides digital attendance management solutions designed to help organizations record and manage attendance information.

Depending on the configuration selected by the organization, the Services may verify attendance through:

• QR Code scanning;
• Location-based verification using GPS information;
• Facial recognition technology; or
• Other verification methods provided by the platform.

The availability of specific functions may vary depending on the subscription plan, account settings and system configuration.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services.

3. Account Registration and Organization Account

Certain users may access the Services through an account created by an organization, employer, school, event organizer or other authorized entity ("Organization").

The Organization is responsible for:

• managing user access permissions;
• ensuring authorized use of the Services;
• informing users about attendance procedures; and
• obtaining any necessary consent or authorization from users where required.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to their accounts.

4. Attendance Records

The Services are designed to assist organizations in recording attendance information.

You acknowledge that:

• attendance records generated by the system depend on the accuracy of information provided by users and devices;
• GPS information may vary depending on device settings, network conditions and environmental factors;
• facial recognition results may not always be completely accurate due to factors including lighting, camera quality, facial changes or device conditions.

Organizations remain responsible for reviewing and determining the validity of attendance records.

5. QR Code Check-in

Where QR Code attendance is enabled:

• users must only scan QR Codes provided through authorized channels;
• users must not share, duplicate or misuse QR Codes for unauthorized attendance recording;
• users must not attempt to create fraudulent attendance records.

Any unauthorized use of QR Codes may result in suspension of access.

6. GPS Location Verification

Where GPS verification is enabled, the Services may collect location information from your device for attendance verification purposes.

You acknowledge that:

• GPS accuracy depends on your device, network connection and surrounding environment;
• location information may not always be perfectly accurate;
• you are responsible for enabling location services when required.

Location data will only be used for purposes related to attendance verification and management as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Facial Recognition

Where facial recognition functionality is enabled, the Services may process facial information for identity verification and attendance purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• facial recognition technology is used only for attendance verification;
• recognition results may not always be completely accurate;
• you should ensure that your facial image captured by the system is clear and suitable for verification;
• alternative attendance methods may be required where recognition fails.

Organizations using facial recognition functions are responsible for ensuring appropriate notices, permissions and consents are obtained from users where required by applicable laws.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• provide accurate information when using the Services;
• use the Services only for lawful purposes;
• not impersonate another person;
• not manipulate attendance records;
• not attempt to bypass security controls;
• not interfere with the operation of the platform.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

We respect your privacy and take reasonable measures to protect information collected through the Services.

Information collected through the platform may include:

• account information;
• Full name;
• Phone number;
• Email address;
• attendance records;
• QR Code usage records;
• location information (where enabled);
• facial recognition information (where enabled);
• device and system information.

The collection, use, storage and protection of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. System Availability

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable operation of the Services.

However, you acknowledge that:

• temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical issues;
• internet connectivity, device performance and third-party services may affect availability;
• we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Trial Period, Subscription Fees and Payment

11.1 Free Trial Period

Before subscribing to any paid service plan, users may be provided with a fourteen (14) day free trial period ("Trial Period").

During the Trial Period, users may access and use the full functionality of the Services subject to these Terms.

The purpose of the Trial Period is to allow users to evaluate whether the Services meet their operational requirements before making payment.

No payment is required during the Trial Period unless otherwise specified.

11.2 Annual Subscription Fee

After the Trial Period expires, continued use of the Services requires subscription to a paid service plan.

The Services are provided on an annual subscription basis, and users are required to pay the applicable annual service fee according to the pricing information provided by Signin Dalang! at the time of subscription.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• annual subscription fees must be paid in advance;
• the subscription period begins on the date payment is confirmed;
• access to paid features will continue during the valid subscription period; and
• subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been completed, except where required by applicable law.

11.3 Renewal and Service Continuation

Before the end of the subscription period, users may renew their subscription to continue using the Services.

If the subscription is not renewed before expiry:

• access to paid features may be suspended or restricted;
• stored information may be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention procedures.

11.4 Pricing Changes

Signin Dalang! reserves the right to modify subscription fees or pricing plans from time to time.

Any pricing changes will apply only to future subscription periods and will not affect subscriptions that have already been paid for.

11.5 Payment Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• payment information provided is accurate and valid;
• payments are made on time;
• you have obtained the necessary authorization to make payment.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

12. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party technologies or service providers, including:

• cloud hosting providers;

• device camera functions;
• authentication services.

Such services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

belong to Signin Dalang! or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

• these Terms are violated;
• unauthorized or fraudulent activities are detected;
• continued use creates security risks;
• required by law or regulatory authorities.

15. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee:

• GPS location accuracy;
• facial recognition accuracy;
• uninterrupted system availability;
• complete prevention of fraudulent attendance activities.

Users and organizations should verify attendance records where necessary.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signin Dalang! shall not be liable for:

• indirect losses;
• loss of business opportunities;
• loss caused by inaccurate attendance records;
• losses resulting from GPS limitations or facial recognition errors;
• service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time due to changes in our Services, technology or legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be published on this website with the effective date.

Your continued use of the Services after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
